I was 221 this morning. OK, it was 221.2 but I was eager to report something with 221 in it.
Where in the world is Tess today, or more importantly, for Happy Hour?
I've got a hot date tomorrow, and maybe a different hot date on Sunday. I don't know how hot they really are, but any date will be hotter than anything I've had in a year and a half.
The hot date wasn't so hot, and barely qualified as warm. Oh well. The other hot date that I had hoped for today is still in the planning phase.
ReplyDeleteMost of them are barely warm, right? Oh well. You don't generally meet new people sitting in your living room, so it's all good to get out and meet people. Wasn't it mom who said you had to kiss a LOT of toads?

1.5 hrs is not the shortest date I've had, but it is below the average. 20 mins is the shortest if you include the 15 mins she was late.
ReplyDeleteMary Jo she there was something that came up with the catsitter that cut Tess' visit short.
That's pretty long for a not-great date.
ReplyDeleteYeah, she was a trooper, I'll give her that. It was obvious fairly early into the date that she was ready to leave, and her departure was imminent once I finished nursing my beer. In hindsight, my beer lasted about 20-30 minutes longer than hers.
