Home for the weekend!

I just got into town this morning.  I'm still pretty tired though.  On my way to catch the train this morning/last night, I was coming across people that were still trying to sober up at McDonald's from a night of drinking.  I don't know how people do it,  I'll probably need to take a nap at some point.  Anyhow, I look forward to seeing people up at the cabin!

    I didn't realize there was rail service between the Mini Apple and the Windy City. Out of curiosity, I did a quick Giggle online and discovered that the Empire Builder run between the two cities takes about 8hrs.

    He was just taking the train from his apartment to O'hare, I think. They are supposed to be adding some rail line, I think. And the Megabus is a pretty sweet deal (goes to a lot of places, but the Chicago-Mpls route is the once Jon cares about, obviously.
